Capistrano Unified School District launched the parent portal to provide parents with information to update student data in a speedy and efficient manner. The district has decided to move to a paperless report card system. The paperless move creates district savings while at the same time providing the opportunity to inform parents with real time data relative to their child’s performance. Report cards will be available through the Parent/Student portal and will no longer be mailed. If you wish to receive a paper copy in the mail, please complete the form below. The form needs to be completed only once per child. If in the future you would like to stop receiving a mailed report card or you have any questions, please contact your child’s school. Your request will take affect at the end of the next grading period.
